Lido Belvedere

Lido Belvedere sits on the Tyrrhenian shore at Oliveri, directly below the headland that carries the sanctuary of Tindari, with the Marinello lagoons curling away to the west and the Aeolian Islands strung across the horizon on clear days. The club has held this stretch since 1969, which in this part of Sicily makes it an institution rather than a summer venture. Its main draw beyond the beach service is the restaurant, which sits on the sand and works as a lunch destination in its own right for people driving the coast between Milazzo and Capo d'Orlando. The website is built around a booking widget and publishes very little else, so opening times, the season's tariffs and any house rules have to be confirmed directly with the lido.
