About this beach club

La Plage is one of the beach concessions on Praia de Carcavelos, the long sandy beach that sits roughly halfway between Lisbon and Cascais. The standard product is two loungers with a parasol for a full day. Carcavelos is the biggest beach on this stretch of coast and has bars and restaurants that stay open all year. It is also the main surf beach for Lisbon, with several surf schools working the sand. The Carcavelos railway station on the Lisbon to Cascais line is a short walk inland, which makes it the easiest beach to reach from the city without a car.
