About this beach club
Grande Onda runs a concession on Praia de Carcavelos with two clearly separated products: a low cost set of three beach chairs, or a pair of proper sunbeds for a full day at a higher rate. That split makes it one of the cheaper entry points on a beach where most concessions start around twenty five euros. Carcavelos is the main beach between Lisbon and Cascais, wide and open to the Atlantic, with year round bars and restaurants behind the sand and regular surf. It is reached directly by train from Lisbon. The beach gets very busy on summer weekends.
