Beach Club Hvar

The site dates from 1927, when the white stone colonnade was built along the shore of the small bay east of the Amfora hotel, under a pine grove. It ran for decades under the name Bonj les bains and was rebranded as Beach Club Hvar and refurbished in 2020 and 2021 by Suncani Hvar, which also operates the Amfora resort. The arches of the colonnade contain private cabanas, and there are loungers on the beach as well as beds on the deck built over the water. Prices step up sharply from a single sunbed with table and parasol to deck positions, baldachin beds and full day cabanas for groups. There is a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, a bar, and a spa within the resort. The club is also used for weddings and private events, and it hosts a New Year's Day swim each year. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the main square of Hvar town.
