UM Beach House

UM Beach House opened in 2019 in Puerto Portals, on Mallorca's southwest coast in the municipality of Calvia. The design leans rustic and bohemian, with wood, wicker and pale tones, and the operators describe the concept as slow living and barefoot rituals. A pool sits at the centre of the site, surrounded by sun loungers and large Balinese daybeds with views over the bay and the yachts moving in and out of the marina. Music is a core part of the day, with afro house sets running through the afternoon. Daybed bookings normally carry a minimum spend that is redeemed against food and drinks, so it is worth confirming the current terms when reserving. Both free and paid parking are available at the entrance, and the Sporting Club Portals with tennis and padel courts is next door. The group also runs UM Chambao Portals and UM Beach House Ibiza.
