Nikki Beach Ibiza

The Ibiza outpost of Nikki Beach sits at S'Argamassa, on the calmer resort coast north of Santa Eulalia, well away from the island's club belt. The layout is built around a pool rather than the sand, with cabanas ranged around it and the beach and sea view beyond, and the two zones are governed differently: restaurant and beach are open to families, while the pool and VIP areas are strictly over-eighteen. Service hours are short and daytime only, with the restaurant running midday to six and the pool and beach to seven, so this is a lunch-into-late-afternoon proposition rather than a night out. Food is international with Spanish leanings, and the a la carte brunch is what the venue is known for, pancakes, eggs benedict, acai bowls, avocado toast and a house Ibiza lobster roll, with DJs playing across the pool through the afternoon. The door policy is unusually specific and worth reading before you book: beach chic resort wear only, with athletic wear, hen and stag paraphernalia, glitter, body paint and hoods all refused, and photo ID required. Well-behaved small and medium dogs are allowed on a lead in the restaurant, bar and beach areas, though not around the pool, which is rare among Ibiza's larger clubs.
