About this beach club

Bacvice is unusual on this coast in being sandy rather than pebbly, with a wide shallow bay that fills with swimmers and picigin players through the summer. Zbirac occupies the terrace at the head of the beach and functions as a daytime cafe bar rather than a bed rental operation. Entry is free and drinks are ordered at the bar or at the tables. It stays busy from the morning through to the evening and is used year round by people from Split, not only in the tourist season. Sunbed and parasol rental, showers and changing cabins are available on the beach itself, separately from the bar.
