About this beach club
The bar sits on La Rubina beach, a wide sandy stretch on the northern side of Empuriabrava which borders the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà wetlands. Because of the protected setting the beach is undeveloped and the xiringuito is effectively the only building on it. Barbecue food and live music are the two things regional guides name most often. Hammocks are set out for the sunset. The venue opens for the summer season only, with the 2026 opening announced for 11 June. Access is by a track from the northern end of Empuriabrava.
