About this beach club
Single Fin is perched on the cliff above the Uluwatu surf break, with a view straight down onto one of the most famous waves in the world. It started as a surfers' bar and still works that way: people come to watch the line-up with a drink as much as to party. The venue runs a restaurant and bar with a terrace hanging over the break, live music, and famously busy sunset sessions, with Sunday evenings as the institution. It is not a sandy beach club with loungers; the appeal is the vantage point and the atmosphere. There is parking above and a kids area, though the steep location means it suits older children better than toddlers.
