Royal Beach is on Carrer Flamencs at the Alcudia end of Playa de Muro, in the bay of Alcudia on Mallorca's north coast. The current building dates from the rebuild after the 2001 storm, and its most recognisable feature is a wooden walkway that runs out over the turquoise shallows in front of the terrace. The kitchen mixes Mallorcan recipes with international technique, with fish and rice dishes at the centre. DJ sets run at dusk through the summer, so the venue carries on past the beach day. The water here is very shallow for a long way out, which makes the surrounding beach popular with families. The venue runs a summer season.
