Maresia Procida

Maresia is on Via Garibaldi above the Chiaiolella beach at the southern end of Procida. Instead of putting beds on the sand it uses a terraced garden, with sunbeds and umbrellas on grass and a limit of two sunbeds and one lounger per umbrella. A heated pool with hydromassage jets sits on the terrace and looks out over the water towards Ischia and the Vivara reserve. A wooden staircase runs down from the property to the beach itself, and there is a private descent to the sea. Facilities include a bar serving cocktails, sandwiches, salads and fruit, hot showers, changing rooms, a first aid room and wheelchair access. The property also has beach cabins that can be booked for the day or as overnight rooms, with breakfast served on the patio. It opens daily in season from mid morning until sunset.
