About this beach club

Sunj is one of the few genuinely sandy beaches in the Dubrovnik area and the water stays shallow a long way out, which is the main reason day trippers cross the island for it. Lopud has no cars, so the beach is reached on foot over the ridge from the village in about 25 minutes, or by golf cart taxi. Cima is one of two bar operations on the beach and combines lounger hire with a restaurant kitchen rather than snacks only. Lounger and umbrella hire on this beach is at the low end for the region. The beach faces southeast and is open to the sea, so it can pick up swell in a southerly wind.
